In Community of Property
There is a joint estate and both parties own all assets equally. Both spouses are also equally liable for ALL debts incurred by themselves and the other spouse.

Antenuptial WITHOUT Accrual
The assets and liabilities of both parties are separate during the marriage and on termination each party retains their own assets

Antenuptial WITH Accrual
An accrual calculation is done on termination of the marriage and the spouse with the larger accrual shares with the other spouse on termination of the marriage. Additional clauses can be added to the standard contract depending on your requirements
